People often visit their dead loved ones in the cemetery especially during the death anniversary. Death anniversary is celebrated like a birthday where the relatives prepare food and invite visitors to remember the death of the loved one. This tradition is very important in Philippines cause the belief is the loved ones should not be forgotten and this is the way where they will be remembered by going to the cemetery and offering their prayers.
