    In the Japanese culture the koi fish is represented as good fortune or luck they also are associated with perseverance in adversity and strength of purpose. As I explored Japan I saw koi fish at almost every temple I visited. Through out he world people seem to welcome the the purpose of the koi. I was lucky enough to be able to capture their beauty.
