I used a 10 stop ND filter attached to my EF 16-35mm f/4.0L lens 31 sec at f/13. ISO 125. Due to difficulty of finding a stable place to mount my gear over the bay dike, I have to do a minimal cropping in the left side of the photo just to get rid of the unwanted distraction that cannot be avoided when framing it with my camera.
