This is nothing new to use all, we have all been there, traffic backed up on interstate 64 in Louisville Kentucky. Today powerful storms rock the midwest, dumping a lot of rain with fog and high winds making travel very hard. But as always, we all made it through. I was at a dead stop when I snapped this photo.
