Many beautiful, almost century-old, Stonewall Banyan trees line the roads of Hong Kong, perched high up on the walls. They are worthy of worship because Banyan trees are considered to have excellent feng shui, symbolizing longevity, fecundity & perseverance due to their characteristics. Located on Hollywood Rd, these particular trees are more than 80 years old. Whenever I walk beneath them, I feel small, but yet mesmerized by this giant canopy, in awe of their strong, long vines draping down.
