High Tide. Two individuals ended up beaching their jet skis on the jetty. Both skis were a total loss. One person was recued from the water. The other was trapped on the rocks. The lifeguard attempted several passes before he jumped and missed the board. He was rescued from the water and sustained injuries from the missed attempt. When they tell you not to go past the life guard tower they mean it. They were pulled from the inlet side of the jetty and deposited on the beach side.
