Environment-friendly floating bed technique provides the opportunity to utilize natural resources, livelihood improvement along with ecological benefits. The landscape with colorful diversified floating garden has a unique aesthetic view. This floating agriculture practice has been declared as the “Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems (GIAHS)” of Bangladesh by FAO-UN in 2015.
