When we go travelling, there are so many situations when we have to rely on others. And I haven't been even thinking about it much until having my son with us. But most often locals simply know better how and when to help. Getting on and off the boat when travelling to Komodo National Park hasn't been particularly easy due to weather/strong currents and what seemed to look like an easy task was a challenge for everyone. Yet, we had (my son in particular) people around who made sure we were safe.
