I was working through some old photos from last year and I came across this unedited photo. I remember the day vividly, it was windy and the clouds were moving quick. It made the light and shadows constantly move and the landscape was something I had seldom experienced before. My inspiration for this shot was from 7 years before when I was in Hawaii. The image of lights and shadows hitting the mountains became engrained in my head, and finding this moment in Colorado took me back instantly.
