Hiking through the old battlement scarred bush of Point Nepean, there are pockets of beach that have remnants of what used to be. This is what remains of a cattle jetty from 1800's, now covered in timber from the scrub. Walking from the entrance to here was amazing with native flora and fauna scattering as our footsteps fell on sand and dirt, the beach on one side and the native bush land on the other.
