Mexican Doll "muñecas de trapo"
I saw this traditional life-size rag doll displayed in the window of one shop in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. For tourists, these Mexican rag dolls have become Mexican symbol. The indigenous people make these dolls using old and discarded pieces of clothes. If this smiling doll could talk, I am sure, she has many stories to tell about the hands who made her and the people who wore those clothes.
