A walk through the woods on a bright Spring day is such a joy to the senses. The sound of the birds, the smell of the woodland and the sights of new life bursting forth are an assault on the senses and such a welcome relief from the bustle of the city and everyday life. This woodland is carefully managed by the National Trust and has many interesting structures created from the felled trees.
