Jack fruit is a meat type vegetable for the vegans. Needless to say, it's damn spicy and tasty and it's yum. The plus point of food photography is that you get a growl in your stomach each time you see these delicious pictures. And, I get to taste every dish after photographing it. Double Delight for me!!
