Protective (adjective) Stray: While most Anatolian Shepherd dogs try to bite our wheels while cycle touring, some immediately assume the role of protector and friend. This stray, aptly named 'Halva Boner' due to both his indecent public displays of affection and love of the Turkish sweet halva, led us to the perfect cave to camp, entertained us during dinner and slept outside our tents all night long 🐶He joined us for breakfast before limping off into the sunrise to find his next adventure ☄
