The Road less Traveled
The Lewis and Clark Expedition (also know as The Corps of Discovery Expedition) was ordered by president Thomas Jefferson and ran from 1804-1806. With the goal of mapping out the newly purchased Louisiana Territory, Lewis and Clark studied plants, animals, and the Native American Tribes that they encountered on their journey. This particular trail is part of the Lewis and Clark Memorial up in the bluffs of Iowa. Also, who doesn’t love a perfect opportunity to reference Robert Frost?
