The small medieval village of Obidos was given by King D. Dinis of Portugal as a wedding gift to Queen Santa Isabel of Portugal. Obidos is a magnificent place and extremely well preserved in spite the thousands of tourists who visit it daily. At any time of day, its charm is unique making us go back in time.
