The Portuguese Atlantic coast has absolutely fantastic places. The beach of Consolação, divided in the middle by the great strong fortressfrom the 15th century , in on one side has this immense beach and the azure water, on the other, has a huge beach of flat rocks which have healing properties for rheumatic patients. Consolação is a beautiful place, quiet and very welcoming at any time of the year.
