I was visiting Windsor Ontario (located opposite Detroit, Mich.) and waking along the River. In the area was a huge Canadian flag fluttering in the breeze (30 to 40 kph, with gusts hitting 70). Doing some experimental photography with my 10-stop ND filter, the flag caught my attention for some blurred motion photography. This was my favourite of the series. Really getting tried of the winds though, they just don't seem to be going away.
