Whether perched on a branch, in and around the nest, at take-off, or in flight, a variety of conditions can impact the outcome of the overall composition when taking Bald Eagle photos. The effort is compounded when your camera's autofocus function is not working, making things even more difficult. I did the best that I could to capture the day's events as they unfolded. In this capture, the male is bringing in a fish (with strings attached) as it approaches the nesting site.
