    Edit Photo Details Avoiding Single Use Food Plastics   #selfportrait #jars #reuse #earthday #planetorplastic #doingourpart #bulkbins
We are very plastic conscious in my household and go through a fair amount effort to avoid as much plastic as possible. When we started this process, we realized how much most of our food was coming in single use plastic bags that are difficult to recycle. That's when we opted for a store near my home that sells its food in bulk. My grocery trips now involve several jars for refilling anything from honey to peanut butter, as well as several mesh, reusable bags for items like oranges and salad.
