It was a rainy day in Skagit Valley, one of the best place to celebrate Tuilp Festival.The colder weather, this year, delayed the tulip bloom. However, in Roosegaarde blooming ones kissed by raindrops, were still treat to eyes. Even though it was getting difficult to save the camera from April showers, still the moments I could capture were satisfactory.
