After a full day of sightseeing at La Jolla Cove and hiking Torrey Pines Nature Preserve and Beach, I ended the day at Pacific Beach for my last West Coast sunset. I stood in the surf taking pictures of the sun setting over Crystal Pier and the ocean. This moment, seconds after the sun crossed the horizon, which seemed to still show the sun, but upon closer inspection just shows light reflecting off the clouds, was my favorite. I was sad to leave such sights to head back to the East Coast.
