The clouds move in as the sun sets, slowly filling the surrounding valleys and obscuring their view. From Basecamp 2 on Volcan Acatenago, we watch the twin peak of Volcan Fuego erupt as the clouds turn orange and purple hues. The darker the sky becomes, you begin to see the red glow of the lava as we enjoy the sunset.
