    Here is the Roman Empire displayed in miniature in metal and bronze. Use of bronze was known to modern Italy since the bronze age. after the copper age, came the Bronze age, followed later by iron age. The Roman Empire was ruled by several emperors and large territories were held, from around the Mediterranean Sea, across Europe, to North Africa, the Middle East and the Caucasus. Roman empire was at its greatest around 117 AD. This is a display of statues of Roman emperors in a shop of Venice.
