This photo was taken from a street at Kazipara, Mirpur in Dhaka. We know all the developments are for the welfare of the people but the process of the developments also makes us suffering a lot often. When the street are being narrow, a little rain can make water logging if the sewerage system not works properly. In this area people suffer a lot due to water stagnancy. In this photo an urban Mom was passing dangerously with her kids to avoid dirty water which took place due to water stagnancy.
