A hurricane horizon
While driving down Interstate 40 East in North Carolina, I saw this surreal scene. Hurricane Florence, which peaked as a category 4 hurricane, was less than 24 hours away from hitting the state, and the clouds put on a beautiful display ahead of the storm.
