A Heron at St Margarets Loch, Hollyrood Park, Edinburgh. It had been a grey, rainy day but at about 7 pm the clouds cleared and the sun broke through for a glorious golden hour. The effect was made stronger by the bright yellow gorse flowers covering the hillside, the colour of which can be seen in the waters reflection.
