Sunday brunch
Sundays are brunch days at our house (most of the time). Homemade crepes are a must. These European style pancakes, "palachinki" in Bulgarian, are my most cherished childhood memories of delicious breakfast, which still happens to be my favorite. My husband and my daughter love them, too. Simple ingredients, 1 or 2 eggs, flour and milk, some butter for the pan, a pinch of love, and my family is happy.
