5/18/19 7:03 P.M My partner Paul is a great cook. He has such a great feel for it. Growing up, his dad did the cooking on the holidays and the weekends. We went down on our boat for the first time this year. He is making the first fish dish of the season with our son, telling him to pour just a little wine in the pan as he teaches him what he learned from his father. No recipe needed, it was delicious.
