Since the cell phones have a camera, many people like to do selfies or take video to catch the moment, on my experience with the photography, i did good and many bad shots, but you can find or to be lucky when you are looking for a shot and see first the whole scene. In this case i saw someone was recording a video, but due the lot of people dancing, she put the hands up to try to get a better imagen for her video. I saw the opportunity and made a photo of the hand with the cell phone recording.
