This is the hand of my 92 year old mom with her favorite shots of her parents. My mom loves me. Crazy loves me. So much so that depending on the war, politics & cultural issues of the day she switches up my heritage/identify to "protect" me. She told me for decades I was part Lebanese. When I was 30, she "corrected" herself and overnight I became part Egyptian. In fact, her peeps are immigrants from Syria. I guess she figured with dna testing she might as well own up! Family is love. Crazy love!
