On Vidoy island in the Faroes, at one of the most exposed spots, sea birds circle around the cliff face above the choppy sea, while waves break on the rocks below. Being open to the vast Atlantic Ocean at this point, the weather can make quite an impact, although this was probably a relatively mild day.
