    A salt pan worker at Marakkanam in Tamil nadu. The early morning light was great there and I was fortunate to capture his reflection in the water and shadow against the salt mound. Marakkanam salt fields produce the second largest amount of sea salt after Tuticorin, another region in Tamil Nadu. The working conditions are harsh due to saline water and hot weather.
