Edit Photo Details A time for reflection
While on holiday in the Philippines with my family, we made a visit to the burial site where my grandpa and grandma lay at rest. Graves cover most sides of the hill, sitting above the earth. The top of the hill remains empty and is a place to pray and reflect. My little cousin rushed up ahead to enjoy the view of the sun as it begins to set and it reminds me that although some parts of life may not be so pretty, there is beauty all around us, we just have to appreciate it.
