The ring of Brodgar on the Mainland of Orkney islands. One of the largest stone circles in the UK. Believed to be build for over 4 000 years ago. Seeing the Orkney islands with the locals was really an adventure of a lifetime. My own small brewery, which also was an adventure of a lifetime, brought me here. The goal was to learn as much as possible of the local barley, and I got to work alongside the fine men of Highland Park for a week. Which again, I must say, was an adventure of a lifetime.
