    Yes, this was candid, believe it or not! On Sundays back in the day, a section of Tokyo, known as Harajuku, would close down the main drag and it would take on a carnival-like atmosphere for the young to express themselves, through dress, in as many ways as you could imagine. I believe the police put a stop to the practice around 2010 though I am not totally sure?
