Recently, I traveled to Sedona for spring break. Sedona is a beautiful town in between Phoenix and the Grand Canyon. It lies in a unique area that’s surrounded by beautiful rocky mesas all around and in a spiritual hot zone, where different types of earth’s magnetic energy lie. Depending on where you are in Sedona, this energy can grab hold of you and change your mood.
