It was a warm, bright morning and we were driving from bustling Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park when we saw a car parked on the side of the road. We slowed down and there they were: Two giraffes strolling elegantly through the acacia trees just a few meters from the roadway. I love the symmetry of this shot and the soft, watercolor feel of the mountains in the background. The closest giraffe is looking back at us, almost inviting us to join them.
