On my exploration around Georgetown, Penang, upon rows of heritage houses this glassed walled coffee shop looked oddly placed amongst its neighborhood. The glass is a metaphor of Georgetown's planning in that it wants to preserve the heritage houses (reflection) yet move on with the time to allow modern development. Society is changing as young people do not want to continue family business.
