The road descending from the Pikes Peak (the highest summit of the southern Front Range of the Rocky Mountains) that I visited 2 years ago. It was a bit disappointing that the mountain's summit was covered in fog, but like always it's not about the destination, it's about the journey. Along the trip I've got to see some breathtaking views that I will never forget. It was a long and tedious drive to the top, but the return trip was very rewarding.
