A portrait I took of my father at the Seattle Ferry docks many years ago. There are not enough words to adequately describe the man my father was & I did not realize just how extraordinary he was until I was well into my 30s. He was perpetually cheerful, loving, kind, honest, intelligent, funny & so honorable that he was loved & respected by all that knew him. A "good soul" in every sense of the words, I still miss him terribly. He taught me what is was to be loved unconditionally.
