    17,206 American soldiers who died in the WWII battles for Philippines are buried together in Manila. Even rows of white crosses and stars of David spread here across 60 hectares of land. It is terrifying to realise that we would require a cemetery as big as the city of London in order to bury all victims of WWII. Manila, V19
