This is my son and husband yesterday. The lines on my husband's forehead indicate years of caring. He has leaned over the bed of this boy through countless surgeries, illnesses, and procedures. He knows how to love deeply and laugh really hard. To father is no easy task, but it's one in which I have had the privilege to watch in this man.
