I stumbled upon this beautiful doe on a nature trail in Rhode Island on June 21st 2019. I surprised her just as she surprised me. She bolted off into the brush but stopped behind a thick bush. I pulled my camera out to take a few shots and just as I did the sun shined right on top of her. I was able to get a cool image of her motionless in the brush, looking as if she was a statue. When I moved out of her sight I waited for about 10 minutes for her to come out, which she quietly did.
