My boys on the 4th. It has been extremely wet and rainy - with terrible thunderstorms, lightning, and damaging straightwinds. It was steadily drizzling before bedtime, so plans of lighting fireworks were delayed. They settled for some snappers and some smoke bombs, in which they promptly celebrated. It doesn't take much to make them happy, thankfully, even if the real showstopping fireworks were canceled.
