It is not easy to eat well on camping trips with friends, usually things are cooked fast and simple, to overcome the hunger of the moment. But this was not the occasion, we took advantage of the fact that one of us cooked excellent, and also... was Italian, which meant that we had to prepare the original "pastas della nonna". The result was exceptional, so much so that there was no time to go looking for the dishes, it was better to enjoy directly from the pot.
