Summer is the season of lotus, there are many kind of them, in this photo it's called single-petal lotus. People often judge it as less scent and simple, nevertheless it possesses a great symmetry, an original beauty. Moreover, when it's half-bloomed, the petals curve and arrange themselves in many layers, bring out the title. Photo was taken with Minolta X-700 with an Helios 44-2 lens and Walgreens 200 film.
