Edit Photo Details The Armory Building Ibrahim Palace, KSA   #palace #ibrahim #alhofuf
This is the restored munitions building inside Ibrahim Palace, in Al Hofuf, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The work on the palace began in the 1550s during the Ottoman Empire as a military fort and garrison. King Abdulaziz recaptured it with its storage of munitions. The Conquest of al-Hasa and al-Hofuf was achieved by the Saudi forces of ibn Saud with support from the Ikhwan in April 1913.
