    Last week I did my very first blackwater dive. Blackwater dives are open ocean night dives over deep water where you look for critters that spend the day much, much deeper. It feels like floating through space and if you look closely, many alien-looking creatures can be observed - like this larval mantis shrimp jumping to warp speed in front of my camera.
