Farm House
Beneath the volcanic cliffs descending from the lava fields of Cerro Quemado sits the small canton of Chicua. The area's rich volcanic soils are perfect for farming - the main source of income for the locals. Here, a stone house sits with towering rock walls behind it and a large field of spring onions to the bottom of the frame. A perfect juxtaposition for the local mayans, their environment, and livelihoods.
